RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting appointments for both Agent and team
- Organizing & decorating office
- Running errands for both Agent and team
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include taking payments, answering phones, processing mail, scanning documents, sending letters, etc
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly organized
- Shining personality
- Creative - basic decor skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Work, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent phone skills
- Legible and attractive penmanship
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
